Acknowledging that there are differences of style and context in my work, I am hesitant to identify what my preeminent focus would be. One compilation reflects my interest in architecture and design while another allows me to nurture a sense of whimsy and the absurd. I treat them both with equal attention. Perhaps one is a “main course” and the other an “hors d’oeurve”, but both are contributing to a satisfying meal. – Inna Babaeva, 2012
Inna, I enjoyed meeting u last nite in Augusta, especially our conversation about travel, work, accents, New Orleans, the loss of edginess in NYC, our work, big cities, trams, opera houses, and the very best part of life–an open conversation about life. It was my first time for ever being kicked out of a gallery trying to close for the night! Thank you, hugs, Bill
